The City Council met on Tuesday, November 14th. The Council had three items of new business on the agenda. They first reviewed the yearly audit performed by the Legislative Audit. The audit report contained zero findings and was in 100% compliance with Arkansas financial and fiscal laws. The Council reviewed the Tennis Court Renovation bids.

The City Council met on Tuesday, October 10th. The Council first reviewed the 9th month financial report given by Treasurer Thomas and the monthly police report given by Chief Powell. They then moved on to the lone item of New Business on the Agenda.

The City Council met on Tuesday August 8th. The Council first reviewed the monthly Financial Report given by Treasurer Thomas and monthly Police Report given by Chief Powell. They then turned their attention to the one item of Old Business, the Architectural Design Guidelines.

The Cammack Periodical July 2017

The City Council met on Tuesday June 11th. The Council first reviewed the monthly Financial Report given by Treasurer Thomas and monthly Police Report given by Chief Powell. They then discussed the first draft of the Architectural Design Guidelines choosing to table the discussion until next month’s meeting. Last up on the Agenda the Council approved a motion allowing the Mayor to begin the grant process for a City-Street Aid program through the Arkansas State Highway Department.

The Council then addressed the three city official positions that were currently open. They appointed Bob McCullar to the vacant Street Commissioner Position.
