The City Council met on Tuesday, March 12th. The Mayor started off the meeting with two announcements. He announced there were two openings on the Street Improvement District Board and the Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday, April 13th at 10:00 am at Baker Park. More information regarding both of those announcements can be found below. Following the announcements, the Council reviewed the Financial Report from Treasurer Thomas and the Police Report from Chief Powell. Chief Powell also stated he met with officials from the Forestry Commission to discuss areas in Cammack that could be potential wildfire hazards. He said he has arranged for officials from the Forestry Commission to attend a Town Hall meeting on Saturday, April 27th at 10:00AM to discuss their findings. For more information on the Town Hall Meeting please see the flyer linked below. To close out the Meeting the Council turned their attention to the one item of New Business on the Agenda. The Council appointed Natasha Graf and Mary Grace McCullar to fill the two open positions on the Urban Service District Board.

ANNUAL EASTER EGG HUNT
The Annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held in Baker Park on Saturday, April 13th at 10:00 a.m. For more information regarding the Easter Egg Hunt you can visit www.neighborsofcammackvillage.com . Or if you would like to participate in the preparation stages, helping the day of the hunt, or donate (in the form of treats, candy, or cookies to fill plastic eggs) please contact Alex at City Hall or Ryan O’Malley at email@example.com
PET REGISTRATION REMINDER
Don’t forget Cammack Village requires all dogs and cats to be registered with the city. Pet tags are valid for one year and can be purchased at City Hall for $1.50. Proof of vaccination is required before a pet tag can be issued.
