Baker Park Pavilion is available for event rental. If you are interested in a rental, read all the following rules before proceeding. To see if your requested date is available, click here for the event calendar. If you see no reservation listed on a particular date, the Pavilion is likely available.

**Rental only ensures exclusive use of the Baker Park Pavilion. The rest of the park is for public use and can not be blocked off to the general public during the reserved time.

EVENT APPROVAL:  All events must be requested at least two weeks (10 business days) prior to the event and must be approved by City Hall.  The City of Cammack Village reserves the right to deny rental to any group or function.

CANCELLATION:  There are no refunds or cancellations once an event has been booked and paid. No refunds for weather-related cancellations.

RENTAL FEE: 
Cammack Village Residents: No Charge for 3-hour rental
Cammack Village Non-Resident: $60 for 3-hour rental
Proof of residence will be checked by City Hall prior to approval.
Rental fees are collected once the form is submitted, and the date is approved by City Hall.

Payments can be made via check or credit card.  Credit card payments will be subject to credit card processing fees.  Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been provided and/or the date is approved by Cammack Village City Hall.

SPEAKERS AND AMPLIFIED DEVICES:  No bands, DJs, or amplified devices allowed. 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE:  Food and beverage is allowed.  There is a zero-tolerance policy for alcoholic beverages and smoking/smoking devices.  Such use will result in immediate termination of the event and ejection from Baker Park.

BAKER PARK RULES:  All Baker Park posted rules must be followed by the renter(s) and the guests of the renter(s).

RESPONSIBILITY OF RENTER:

1. The person signing on the reservation form is responsible for the event and will be referred to as “Renter”. Any damages to the Cammack Village property are the responsibility of the Renter.

2. Any activities associated with the event that could endanger other park-goers and the general public, the Renter is solely responsible for any liability or damages that occur.

3. The Renter must be on site for the duration of the event and is responsible for the event.

4. The Renter is responsible for all loose trash clean up after their event.

5. The Renter understands that the event must stay within the boundaries of the Baker Park fencing. Activities must remain on the Baker Park premises.

6. The Renter assumes and bears the entire risk for damages to Baker Park Pavilion.  In the event of any loss, Cammack Village will repair or cause to be repaired any damages to the facility at the sole expense of the Renter.
