Enacted by Ordinance 17-02, the Building Standard Committee (BSC) is a city council-appointed committee comprised of five (5) regular members residing within Cammack Village.

In short, the BSC is responsible for:

• Advising the building official and making recommendations to the City Council regarding Zoning Regulations and Architectural Guidelines.

• Hearing cases related to variance requests and make rulings on such that are then passed to the City Council for a final decision.
